Jim Ragni is a retired Air Force pilot and
also served as Chief Pilot at the National
Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder,
Colorado. His wife, Cindy, is a Research
Professor in Atmospheric Sciences at Oregon
State University. Jim and Cindy fell in love
with Oregon on a visit and moved to McMinnville
shortly thereafter. Greyhorse Vineyard was
named after their grey Arabian, Cashmere.
